Title: Program Administrator



Duties and Responsibilities:

 

•    Short Term Program Management – Managing short-term programs, from costing them out to onsite support while the program is on the ground. 
•    Office Administration – Mangaging the day-to-day operations of the Cape Town office. 
•    Student Services – Assisting with planning and execution of arrival program in Cape Town region.  Maintaining quailty service level provided to all interstudy students in the country. 
•    Other duties, as assigned –Assisting with planning site visits, students' excursions and other duties assigned by the Assistant Resident Director.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role
• Valid South African driver's license and vehicle
• Available to work nights and weekends as needed
• Permission to work in South Africa

 

The Successful Candidate will have these Qualities:

 

• Experience working in education abroad or international education
• Understanding of South African higher education
• Experience in customer service
• Knowledge of American and/or South African culture
• Experience in Macintosh environment
• Experience in Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro
